Athena is a strength and conditioning program – not fundamentally different or unlike our other popular programs (like our Olympia Programming). But, without question Athena is a unique program intentionally designed for women.
We specialize in meeting our clients where they are. Taking the time to get to know you and your current fitness level, in order to best coach you to where you want to be! We have a hands on approach with multiple layers of accountability to ensure you get everything you need to succeed! Our coaches won’t do the workouts with you but instead watch, critique and ultimately help you with all your needs.
We will teach you how to use weights, we will coach you on how to best approach your workouts and scale things for you on an individual basis, to ensure you get the best workout for you!

Welcoming
We're not like most gyms. There are no mirrors, no headphones, no complicated machines; we have a big open space, a vibe that says 'welcome', and extremely friendly people who want to know your name.
Experienced coaches
Our coaches are trained, educated and certified to lead group classes. You won't get lost in the shuffle, in fact you'll have our full attention as we train and prepare you to accomplish everything you set out to do!

When you exercise alone, coming to the gym can feel like a chore. Jono workouts are lively and exciting. You'll find yourself looking forward to exercising.
